Cold storage
Meat you've bought and are holding. A cook takes its pieces out when you mark it cooked, same as the pantry.
Log a meat run
Pieces and what you paid. Pounds are optional but worth putting in — it's how you shop, and it gives you a price per pound.

The pantry
Buy in bulk, log the receipt, and every cook prices itself off what you actually paid. "Per butt" and "per cook" are how fast it goes.
How you buy it
Rub comes in a container and gets used by the ounce, so say how much is in one and logging a purchase does the arithmetic. Pick a supplier and you also get a one‑click price check — paste the exact product page once and it'll go straight there; without one it searches, or opens the ordering site so you can look it up. All of it saves with the shelf.
Log a purchase
Adds to stock and rolls into the average cost.

The album
Drop photos into the site's public/photos folder, then hit
"Look for new photos". Caption them here — the caption is what a customer reads, and what a
screen reader says. "On the shop page" puts it in the strip above the cook dates.
Photos customers send in show up at the top marked Sent in; set Showing to Yes to
put one in the album. Removing a customer's photo deletes the file for good.
Albums & who you cooked for
Type an album name on a photo above and it turns up here. Fill in who it was for and what happened and it gets a card on who we’ve cooked for — which is the page a church or a ball team reads before they call you. Untick A cause for an album that’s just pictures.
What customers said
Nothing shows on the site until you approve it. Email and phone are yours only — they never appear publicly, approved or not.
